How to request a refund

Open a support ticket at /support/submit-ticket with the subject “Refund Request” and include your order number. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

Renewal refunds

Automatic renewals can be refunded within 7 days of the renewal charge if you contact us and have not used the plugin in that period.
